Responsibilities Creating lesson plans and gathering materials as per the curriculum Helping students read and comprehend stories and poems Evaluating and grading students submissions Taking reading sessions in the class Answering students queries patiently Allocating lectures depending on the course weightage Helping students cope up by creating individual lesson plans and taking one-on-one sessions Marking students daily class attendance Grading and discussing students performance Training and accompanying students for competitions and debates Mentoring projects and conducting extracurricular activities Participating in annual meetings and conferences Attending workshops to upgrade language skills Encouraging classroom discussions and participation Requirements Master’s or Bachelor’s degree B.Ed is mandatory Prior work experience in middle school or high school or any other role in the Education industry Excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills Good interpersonal and language skills Understanding of different methods to teach Ability to create a fun and engaging classroom atmosphere Having a pleasing personalityased on national curricula Monitor and report on teacher performance Present data from school performance to board members Research new resources and techniques to improve teaching Interview and hire school personnel Review and implement school policies Provide guidance and counseling to teachers Handle emergencies and school crises Organize school events and assemblies Ensure a safe and clean environment for students (e.g. implementing hygiene rules) Attend conferences to gain knowledge on current educational trends Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Education: Bachelor's (Required) License/Certification: B.Ed (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 07/05/2025
